Laurence Arcadias of the Maryland Institute College of Arts, the maker of the previous animation ‘Why mice learn Dutch’, held a competition to see which of her students could make the best animated film for the Party for the Animals. Kirsten Lepore was one of the winners. She created the cartoon film ‘9 out of 10’. We also used her film during our 2006 election campaign.
